Anniversary concert of Birutė Petrikytė "I'm happy"
May 25 Birutė Petrikytė, a famous Lithuanian pop singer, will celebrate her anniversary on stage by organizing a grandiose concert "I'm happy" dedicated to the 50th anniversary of her creative activity.
An exceptional personality, a strong woman, a talented singer - these are only a small number of epithets that can describe the always energetic and artistic Birute. The laureate of various competitions, who sang in famous pop groups of the time "Nerija", "Vilniaus aidai", "Nemunas žiburiai", and later started a successful solo career, assembled a huge team of close stage friends and associates during five decades of creative activity. Therefore, the anniversary concert of B. Petrikytė can become a record number of invited guests, as it features as many as 24 well-known Lithuanian singers and guests from Latvia - "Mirage Jazz Orchestra".
The following will congratulate the anniversary and perform on stage: Simonas Donskovas, Irena Starošaitė, Žilvinas Žvagulis, Vaidas Vyšniauskas, Nomeda Kazlaus, Stepas Januška, Ovidijus Vyšniauskas, Evelina Sashenko, Asta Pilypaitė, Antanas Čapas, Rasa Kaušiūtė, Romas Dambrauskas, Anželika Petrikytė, Igoris Jarmolenka, Aušrinė, Romas Bubnelis, Rasa Juzukonytė, Ruslanas Kirilkinas, Rūta Morozovaitė, Roma Mačiulytė, Lina Urnikytė, Žiedūnė Meškauskaitė and Vytautas Domeika. The concert will be hosted by actress Eglė Jackaitė and musicologist Viktoras Gerulaitis.
