HOW TO GET TO THE LIGHTHOUSE ARENA?

It is convenient to get to the Švyturi Arena by car, which you can park in the spacious parking lot. map.
You can also arrive by city buses and minibuses.
Nearest stops:
"Arenos" (Taikos Ave.) and "II Perkėlos" stop (Minijos St.).

HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS?

The ticket office in Švyturis Arena is closed during this period. We recommend purchasing tickets online.
Information about ticket distributors, addresses of physical ticket offices and their working hours can be found below:

CAN I REFUND THE TICKETS?

Tickets are refundable only if the event does not take place.
If the event is cancelled, its date/time is changed, visitors who have purchased tickets have the right to contact the Event Organizer indicated on the ticket for a refund.
The ticket refund procedure is published by the event organizer separately for each event.
Otherwise, tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

DO I NEED A PAPER TICKET TO ENTER THE EVENT?

No, you don't need to print the ticket, you can have it on your mobile phone.

WHAT AGE ARE CHILDREN ADMITTED TO THE EVENTS FREE OF CHARGE?

All children who want to enter the Arena must have a ticket, unless the event organizer provides otherwise. Information is provided for each event separately in the event description.

HOW DO PEOPLE WITH MOVEMENT DISABILITIES GET TO THE "LIGHTHOUSE ARENA?"

Visitors with reduced mobility enter through the main entrance.
Elevators are provided for the convenience of visitors.

CAN I BRING MY OWN BEVERAGES/FOOD INTO THE ARENA?

No, food and drinks cannot be brought in. This is against the rules of conduct for visitors of the Lighthouse Arena. However, there are bars in the arena where you will find a wide range of snacks and drinks.

IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE A MEMBERSHIP IN THE LIGHTHOUSE ARENA CLUB?

No. Anyone can purchase an event ticket to the CLUB.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RESERVE A TABLE AT THE BAR BEFORE THE EVENT OR DURING A BREAK?
Yes, if you want to reserve a table in the bars before the event or during the break, write: klubas@svyturioarena.lt

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RENT THE VIP BOX FOR THE EVENT?

Yes, if we have a free VIP box, we will be happy to rent it, please contact: edita.rimke@svyturioarena.lt

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CELEBRATE COMPANY HOLIDAYS IN THE LIGHTHOUSE ARENA?

Yes, in Švyturis Arena we can offer excellent opportunities for company celebrations from 10 to 1000 people.
